Beef liver is much more than your chalky overcooked memories. It is highly nutritious, full of protein, iron, and a range of healthy vitamins including vitamin A and B12, and really delicious!

Our beef liver comes from 100% grass-fed and finished, pasture raised cows which means it is additive free, clean, and extra flavorful. The liver is best cut into strips before cooking. 

We recommend coating the liver in flour before frying it in a hot pan. The key to making liver delicious is making sure not to overcook it. Aim for an internal temperature between 145° and 160.° Additionally, soaking the liver in milk, buttermilk, or even a saltwater brine can help make the liver flavor more mild. 

Each package of Red House Ranch beef liver weighs roughly a pound and a quarter which is enough liver for three to four plates.
