As with all our pork, it comes from heritage breed hogs raised outdoors on pasture in fresh air and sunshine, never confined, and never given routine antibiotics, growth hormones, or vaccines. They’re fed a clean, non-GMO, corn-free mix of wheat, barley, and toasted soybeans.
Cook them in a cast iron pan or on the griddle until browned and cooked through. Whether stacked on a sandwich or served on the side, this is breakfast done right.
