Our garlic is grown right here in our garden. Dave hand plants, harvests and processes about 3,000 heads of garlic every year. Most are sold at local markets and from our farm store here in Van Etten. In 2023 Dave held some back to come up with dehydrated garlic powder and garlic flakes.
It is extremely flavorful. For a dehydrated product, this garlic really packs a flavor punch.
The flavor is more intense and powerful than commercially prepared dried garlic products.
