Our chickens are humanely raised outdoors on pasture every day, without antibiotics, hormones or steroids. They are fed organic grains and never fed any animal by-products. You can truly taste the difference!
Make sure to fully cook ground chicken to an internal temperature of 165°. We recommend using this grind for meatballs, burgers, or even as a taco filling. It takes well to heavy seasoning and a hot and fast cook!
