Pasture raised pigs feet (trotters) have the skin intact for an extra bit of collagen in your soup, stew, or broth.

There is nothing that enhances the flavor and texture of a broth or stock like a pig’s foot. 

Pig feet, also known as trotters, are the fully cleaned, skin-on foot of the hog. The foot mostly consists of skin, bones, and connective tissue with only a small bit of meat. When cooked they release large amounts of gelatin, which makes them an ideal addition to stocks, broths, and soups. 

We recommend adding pig feet to your bone broths for added texture and nutrients.
