We keep a pack of 100% grass fed beef stew meat in our freezer for cozy meals on snowy days or a last minute kebab craving!
Beef stew meat is relatively lean cubes of beef cut from the front and back legs of the steer. Each pasture raised piece is full of omega fatty acids and becomes meltingly tender when cooked low and slow.
Keep a pack of stew meat in your freezer and pull out whenever you're hungry for your favorite beef soup or stew. We like to cook ours on a snowy day for a couple hours with root veggies, bouquet de garni, bacon, and red wine. The smell alone makes the house feel warmer. Stew meat can be used for chili or skewered and grilled as kebabs.
Each package of Red House Ranch beef stew meat weighs about a pound which is enough to feed two to three people.
