These chicken breasts have been cut off of the bone and had the skin removed. This leaves a low-fat lean muscle that is full of protein. Our chickens are humanely raised outdoors on pasture every day, without antibiotics, hormones or steroids. They are fed organic grains and never fed any animal by-products. You can truly taste the difference!
These very special gourmet chickens are called Red Rangers. They perform better on pasture than the classic white leghorn birds that everyone else raises. Red Rangers are no ordinary bird - it takes about 10 weeks to raise them to maturity. You won't find these exceptional organic chickens in the store.
