Is Red House Ranch a Real Farm?

Red House Ranch is a real farm. We are located in Van Etten, NY, and operated by the Mallula "kids" - Ike, Chris, and Dave. For the past 10 years, we’ve been raising animals ourselves—on pristine pastures, the right way. We’re not just sourcing and reselling. We’re out in the fields, every day, doing the work - hands on. Now, it’s also true; we intentionally partner with a few other local farms because it allows us to offer a wider range of clean, pasture-raised meats to you. Right now we work with three other local farms to bring you chicken, turkey, and lamb. Additionally, this type of partnership helps other local farmers who do not have the marketing reach that we have established over the last ten years. We know, trust, and respect our farm partners; they raise animals and care for their land just as we do - without ag chemicals, without routine antibiotics, growth hormones, or vaccines. But, the core of our business comes from meat produced right here at Red House Ranch. Red House Ranch started about 10 years ago when Ike and Dave Mallula decided to make a change. After years of sedentary desk jobs and the ill effects of SAD -the standard American diet - we set out to produce clean meat and eggs to improve our own health and the health of others in our local community. What started small has grown steadily. And, we’re still growing with more animals, more pasture and feeding more families who are looking for clean, honest, meat and eggs. We're grateful for all our customers who are a part of what we're building here at Red House Ranch. Take a look at what's in stock this week - Click here to browse the whole store. Chris Mallula |
