Home delivery FAQs

Orders are shipped on Tuesday each week via UPS Home Delivery. You will get order status emails from UPS with tracking information.

No problem! UPS will leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once home, unpack your items as soon as you are able.

Your items are carefully packaged with dry ice so your food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver. Any freshly thawed items can either be refrigerated or refrozen for later use.

There is a $100 order minimum. There is a $28.95 delivery fee with FREE SHIPPING for orders over $199.

Your order will be delivered by UPS Home Delivery.

Because many items are charged by the pound we will not know your exact total until your order is packed and each item is weighed, at which time your card will be charged.

All of the packaging is recyclable with your local system.
Ordering Policies

Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order’s initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. At the time of placing your first order, you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed.

Please understand that Red House Ranch is a small farm, not a large warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and your final total will be reduced by the amount of the out-of-stock items.
On Farm Pickup
Order online and pick up at the farm.
Avoid shipping costs.
Eggs are available by local pick-up only.
Once you place an order, we'll coordinate a day and time for pick up.
