If one of your culinary adventures is to make homemade chicken liver pate, you'll need clean, pasture raised chicken livers from our friends at Outryder Farms. 

We are delighted to bring you chicken products from our friends Lawrence and Livi of Outryder farms in Interlaken, NY.  Their hens are raised with the same care for the land and the livestock as we have for years on our farm.

These chickens are raised by Outryder Farms in collaboration with the Finger Lakes Cider House

Outryder Farms birds are humanely raised outdoors on pasture every day, without antibiotics, hormones or steroids. They are fed organic grains and never fed any animal by-products. You can see and taste the difference! 

These are very special gourmet chickens called Red Rangers. They perform better on pasture than the classic white leghorn birds that everyone else raises.  These birds take longer to raise and they absolutely delicious and they are difficult to find.

Chicken livers are an excellent source of iron, vitamin B, and folate, especially when they come from chickens raised humanely outdoors without any exposure to GMO grain, hormones, agricultural chemicals, or antibiotics.
