How do we produce pork with exceptional flavor? Our happy and healthy pigs live in "silvopasture", moved every 2-3 weeks to a new sunny pasture or shaded forest. Our farm is always free of herbicides, pesticides, and industrial fertilizers. The pigs help us turn & manage the soil naturally. They forage for a diversity of grass, shoots, roots, and grubs and are also given a corn-free feed that contains non-GMO wheat, barley, and toasted soybeans.
